Terms of Service
The ground rules for using Qubicle Studio. We've kept the legal language to a minimum — but this is still a binding agreement, so please read it.

Agreement
By using Qubicle Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's completely fine — but please don't use the service.
What Qubicle Studio is
Qubicle Studio is a platform for creating personal profile pages with customizable widgets, links, and content. We provide the tools — you bring the creativity. The service is provided "as is," and we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time as the product evolves.
Your account
To use Qubicle Studio, you'll need an account. When you create one, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information (don’t fake it)
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Let us know immediately if someone accesses your account without permission
- Be at least 13 years old (or have a parent or guardian’s consent)
- Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
Your content
You own your content. Everything you create on Qubicle Studio belongs to you. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver your public profile content — because that's how the internet works. We won't use your content for anything else.
If you delete your content or your account, we stop displaying it and remove it from our systems within 30 days.
What you can’t do
We want Qubicle Studio to be a safe and creative space. Please don't:
Prohibited content
- Anything illegal or harmful
- Content that infringes on others’ rights
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Content promoting violence or illegal activity
- Malware, phishing links, or spam
- Sexually explicit material
- Impersonation of others
Prohibited behavior
- Using the service for anything illegal
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with or disrupting the service
- Scraping or crawling without permission
- Using bots to create accounts or content
- Reselling or charging others for access
- Harvesting other users’ personal information
Intellectual property
Qubicle Studio's brand, design, code, and original content (everything that isn't user-created) belong to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You're welcome to use the service — not to copy or redistribute it.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the platform. We'll try to give you a heads-up when possible, but we reserve the right to act immediately when necessary. You can also delete your account at any time — no questions asked.
Limitation of liability
Qubicle Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or use — arising from your use of the service. We build the product with care, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't make warranties — express or implied — about its reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do our best, and we think you'll like it, but we can't promise perfection.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Qubicle Studio evolves. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
